I don't know what I have wrong with me. A few months ago I started having horrible anxiety concerning my relationship with my mate. She is the most important thing in the world to me. So, when I started having anxiety I freaked out. As time went by I started getting more and more depressed. Now, I can't feel any emotion at all. The only time I feel anything it'll be like a small beam of light and it'll feel good but then all these feelings of doubt, hopelessness, worry, and fear rush into my mind and cover up the good feeling. I feel like a zombie when i look around nothings exciting anymore. It seems like everythings bland. I don't enjoy music, art, or poetry anymore. When I talk with my mate or see her I don't feel anything and with this the anxiety takes over with What Ifs and doubtful thoughts. I think about past memories they seem all faded or blurry and these no emotion in them. I just don't know whats wrong with me. I feel like a completely different person like theres two sides to me. I just don't knwo what to do. Any advice? Suggestions? This is ruining my life.

I think you might be suffering from clinical depression especially if you have been feeling low more or less consistently for at least 2 weeks.

You described about negative thoughts which are again common in people with depression. You have a condition called "anhedonia" as you could not enjoy things as much as before. I think you might also have low energy, sleeping difficulties, reduced appetite.

You said you felt hopeless and felt like a different person and it can happen in people with depression or generalized anxietiy disorders.

My advice would be
1) to go and see your local doctor to see you have clinical depression. Your local doctor might refer you to a psychiatrist.
2) try to do more activities e.g . Gym, activities at home etc..
