Greetings from a Bipolar Bear

Hi Folks, you have probably guessed from my name 'bipolar bear' that I am bipolar and unfortunately am prone to self harm :o

I help run a the following website:-

Christian Mental Health (http://www.christianmentalhealth.org.uk/)

which helps to educate the church a little on mental health and get rid of the stigma. The website is also for folks who's lives are impacted by mental health issues to share and encourage one another on the forum.

This website does have a specific Christian slant, but of course is beneficial for anyone with mental health issues to know that they are not alone and perhaps get some more information.
