introduction of minerva

Hi, I chose the name minerva cuz it means "goddess of wisdom" and I figure I can use all the wisdom I can get. I was in DBT and my therapist told me I have a "wise mind" but I often don't listen to it. Believe me I have tried. Now I just feel like one big mess on the verge of giving up for good.
The negativity has a big hold on me and the hopelessness and I'm soo tired of battling with my mind.
So, not such a cheery introduction but I am getting desparate, sorry.
