I'm all for it. If there's a way to eliminate pills then...
Everyone, count your pills. Dont trust anyone at all. I went psychotic when I trustingly kept my meds not under lock and key. A "friend" managed over time to get enough of a sleep med and put it in my food. Delusional-wanted my spouse. It was an overdose that made me terribly sick, lose my job and the effects also made me so delusional, my doc had a hard time getting me out of it. I havent recovered from the emotional trauma when I finally found out by counting my pills. I thought I was a nice person but some one wanted to k!ll me.
What laws are on the books? It would have looked like a su!c!de. I feel hemmed in, angry, even after almost 10 years.
I dont mean laws for what happened. But the laws like police and coroners, how is someone supposed to protect themself even if? There should be some way a person is able to speak for themself even if they cant speak.
The TMS-dont know if my doc would go for it. I mean, it would cost the doc in fewer ofc visits and occasional hospital perhaps. So what do you do about the doc issue?

ayurveda (http://www.sivanandabahamas.org/AYURVEDA.htm) is the most popular holistic forms of medicine that has originated in India, and is now rapidly spreading around the world. Ayurveda is a combination of two Sanskrit words, ayus meaning 'life' and veda meaning 'knowledge'. Hence, Ayurveda literally means 'the knowledge of life'.

It may be that there are too many side effects with chemical treatments, sometimes herbal treatments are not effective for the type of depression suffered and some people just like to try different treatments to find out what works fastest and best. Many people are turning to natural medicine for relief of all ailments and some of the more uncommon medical treatments are being brought to light. Magnetic therapy for depression is one of the non-chemical treatments for that is becoming increasingly used in the medical environment. It is still considered a form of Eastern traditional medicine because it was observed as being used by Tibetan monks, but magnetic therapy for depression is finding its way into mainstream medicine and doctors are touting their effectiveness for many illnesses all over the country. There is a history of usage of electromagnetic stimulation to treat various depressive illnesses. Electroshock therapy, electroconvulsive therapy and cranioelectrical therapy involve using electrodes to stimulate the production of serotonin without the side effects of traditional drug therapy. Magnetic therapy for depression is known as Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (RTMS) uses a hand held device to stimulate the area of the brain that is causing the depressive episode. The doctor or therapist focuses the magnetic energy in the same way electric stimulation is used in the various shock therapies

Bipolar disorder's low mood cycles of depression can be treated with magnet therapy. Depression is a mental state that is characterized by a pessimistic feeling, a sense of inadequacy and a hopeless lack of activity caused due to changes in brain chemicals which results from various reasons. In the experimental treatment, doctors use a powerful electromagnet to stimulate a specific area of the brain.

Magnetic therapy for depression are known to be a better choice for most people, not wanting to spend any kind of chemical treatment of their condition. This is very helpful to cure depression.

Hi,
The therapy is not covered by many health insurance plans, although there is movement under way with the insurance industry to provide coverage. Redwine said that in the long run, use of the rTMS system may prove to be more economical than current approaches to treating depression.

Thanks

Small magnets are close to the head to relieve the symptoms of depression. Magnetic therapy is one of these methods, which began to attract much attention. It activates certain parts of the brain with using electrical energy through a coil of wire to a powerful magnetic field.
