hello, first time poster
long story short....no health ins and been diagnosed with bipolar 5 years ago with anxiety and all the other stuff. taking no meds now, quit cold turkey a year ago(paxil and lamictal) was no fun!
was doing not too bad emotionally but last couple of mnths starting to really get weird with thoughts. better off dead stuff and just magnifying anything that might be negative in my life, anxiety comming back and depression is all the time now instead of now and then....can't get out of it. sleeping all the time to cope. getting real sick of this crap!
question: am I going into another phase that is worse than what sent me to the shrink 5 years ago? one more: does a person with this ever calm down emotionally?
