anxiety is a disease where people get short tempered very soon.
in small thing they get angry their nature is short tempered.
so it kill people from within.
the best cure to anxiety according to my view is yoga and meditation...
what do you think?

Is it a disease? or a normal issue? Well i think that yoga might work and also meditating...But i really would like to know if this is a disease or not, cause somehow i doubt it, and also i have never heard of it.

Lol There is such a simple salution to anxiety and stress related issues. The thing you need to do is simple as pie. Have sex. That's right! Have sex as many times as possible. If you don't have a partner,then do the next best thing, masturbate. Ofcourse do it the safe way ofcourse. We don't want any STD's here. :D

yes meditation and yoga has a great impact on it.
with meditation you can keep your mind under your control and with yoga you can keep your body fit and health so it surelly helps in relieving....

Eye Contact. It is a topic for which there is a staggering amount of confusing advice. And for good reason.
Someone can teach you how to physically walk up to a woman, what to verbally say in a conversation and even, to a certain extent, how to touch her.
But it is very difficult to teach guys how to do things with their eyes. I’m good friends with one of the best guys in the world when it comes to women, Cory Skyy. He does most of his pickup with eye contact alone.
But very little of what he teaches is the actual mechanics of eye contact. It’s too complicated and relies so heavily on inner game, which he does teach.
Eye contact is closely related to approach anxiety in that for shy guys, it comes down to one thing: conflict avoidance.
One of the hallmarks of social anxiety is eye gaze avoidance. Numerous studies support this. People with social anxiety tend to have difficulty holding eye contact.
My friend Kelvin, who has dealt with social anxiety for years, talks about his aversion to eye contact.

Stress and anxiety is a very real problem if it's not treated properly. Lot's of people don't even realize they have stress until it starts to effect their lives or their health
. Stress and anxiety can cause all kinds of health problems such as high blood pressure, heart problems, diabetes, ect. But it can also cause lot's of problems in your relationships, your family and so on. Money problems is the worst kind of stress there is, it can literally drive you crazy, but there is help out there you just have to let yourself get the help that is right for you.

yes meditation and yoga have a major impact on it. Meditation can keep control of your mind and yoga to keep your body fit and health as it helps to alleviate doubt ....
