:D I'm paranoid all the time lol. Don't know why. Maybe because I'm a pesimistic person and I always expect the worse to happen and I cant help to think differently. It's the same thing with my father. Maybe I just need to chill and relax a bit more.

(of course that dosn't happen all the time) I am a pessimest and optimist depending on the situation.

Paranoia may not be as disturbing for the concerned person if he / she indulges more in mingling with friends or just a game or sport weekly could be helpful. When you get idol, you tend to get negative in your though process.

yes bor you are right idol person get indulge in negative thoughts and so its necessary to have get engaged in activities....

i think everyone should start being paranoid, at least on the weekends.

i think one of the most aggriviating cause of paranoia is lonelyness or lack of self- confidense.
