TIP 1
With regard EO fat, the research is clear: Diets too high in fat promote overweight and obesity. You should strive to consume no more than 25 percent of your calories from fat - and that fat should the “non-saturated” type.
TIP 2

Numerous studies have linked table sugar to increased calorie consumption. While sugar doesn’t do as much dietary damage as fat, you’ll find that when you eat sweets, you simply want to eat more… of everything. Not only that, but sugar also makes your body excrete chromium, and chromium is a mineral that helps your body build calorie-burning lean tissue - so you want to keep your chromium levels up.

Among all emotional states, depression comes as one of the harmful. It encases the afflicted in a lethargic shell, making him loom on the bad things that happened in his life, instead of finding ways to solve the problem. Eventually, it becomes an addiction. The afflicted becomes manic-depressive, in which he sees only the bad sides of every situation, even favorable ones.

Feeling very lighted headed, severe drowsiness, my coordination has gone out the window completely until a couple hours after taking my 1 MG pill, at night this pill completely knocks me out. I'm so uncoordinated that I am afraid to drive now, I don't want to put others in danger on the road.

Hello Friends.......

Depression can do more physical damage to a person's health than several long-term diseases, according to a study.

It affects both are mental and physical health

Hi Dude,

The Depression Hurts Commercial:
The depression hurts commercial, which can be conveniently found on the internet, depicts a theatrical rendition of how depression affects you. You will see that depression consumes the human mind, pushing him to do things that are rather drastic, things that he will regret, eventually. The effect of depression is no laughing matter. Extremely depressed people suffer. Some even commit suicide, once the pressure is too much to handle.

Thanks.....
